The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), Office of Indian Education and Office of Program and Accountability are responsible for management of the Ethel Curry Scholarship. The scholarship is available to students who are attending a Minnesota institution of higher education at the junior, senior or graduate level; possess a minimum grade point average of 3.0 or higher; have filed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA); and have applied for assistance from the Minnesota Indian Scholarship Program.
