Online InitiativeAccountability Programs :

The Science Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment-Series II (MCA-II) and the Mathematics Test for English Language Learners (MTELL) are Minnesota's current computer-delivered assessments. Also, retests of the Graduation-Required Assessments for Diploma (GRAD) will be delivered by computer beginning Fall 2008. Accommodated paper forms will be available only for those students who are blind or visually impaired. General education students will take the online version of these assessments.

The Minnesota Online Assessments Website hosted by Pearson Educational Measurement, contains the software, manuals, minimum requirements, training and other resources related to online testing.  The link can be found under "Related Links" on the left side of this page.

A Recording of the Technical Training for online testing given in Fall 2007 is available online. This 25 minute recording geared towards technology staff includes an overview of Pearson's online testing system, initial software installation and configuration, proctor caching setup, TestNav Early Warning System and troubleshooting. A link to the recorded training is available in the Professional Development section.

Online Discussion Forum for Technology Staff:  An online discussion forum has been set up for technology staff to collaborate on implementing online testing in Minnesota schools. District staff may subscribe to either the Discussion or News forum or both. The link to the forum can be found under "Related Links."
