3. Education: B.A., Yale University, 1967; J.D., University of Minnesota, 1974

4. Training: June 2005, Attended the 4th National Academy for IDEA ALJs and Hearing Officers sponsored by Seattle University School of Law; since 1980, attended many programs on the conduct of administrative hearings of all types.

I have been an Administrative Law Judge with the Office of Administrative Hearings since 1980. I was an Administrative law Judge for the Department of Economic Security from 1976-1980. Private practice (trial lawyer) 1974-1976
