Serving Non-publics

Districts participating in No Child Left Behind programs must provide services to children who attend nonpublic elementary and secondary schools and who reside within the attendance boundaries of a Title I school, their teachers and their families. These services must be equivalent to those provided to eligible public school children, their teachers, and their families.
