The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) awards professional technical service contracts, many in the areas of consultation, analysis, evaluation, planning, programming, that result in the production of a report or the completion of a task.

All Formal Solicitations/Requests for Proposals (RFP), with amounts of $50,000 or more, and as defined by Minn. Stat. §16C.02, subd.7, are published in the State Register every Monday, except holidays. The State Register also includes other important information about state agencies.
