Division of Program Accountability and Improvement
The Minnesota Department of Education is pleased to introduce the Division of Program Accountability and Improvement (PAI) by launching their new web section.
The division of Program Accountability and Improvement was created January 2006 and is responsible for providing technical assistance, training and resources to grant recipients. We will work with you to ensure communication complemented by continuous improvement to enforce proper management of grants. A key mission of the division is centralized responsibility for awarding department grants and contracts, including the implementation of monitoring systems for both program and financial compliance.
NEW Grants Management System Opens
MDE is pleased to announce a new centralized Grants Management System. This web section offers a single place to view and/or apply for all competitive grant opportunities and to search for archived grants. To begin your introduction to the grants management system, first visit Grant Information for critical information.
Volunteer Grant Reviewers Needed
Our division is actively recruiting grant reviewers. The time commitment and level of expertise varies with each grant review. Skills desired include past grant reviewer experience and/or program-specific knowledge. Reviewers will be reimbursed for travel.
