ADM Estimates

Average Daily Membership (ADM) represents the portion of the year that a student is enrolled in a district.  School districts and charter schools provide ADM estimates to the Minnesota Department of Education for use in computing payments, levies, state forecasts, legislative analysis and end-of-session reports.  All but charter schools in their first three years of operation report these estimates via EDRS (Electronic Data Reporting System).  Charter schools in their first three years of operation report estimates via a paper submission.
