Funding & Reporting Guidelines
The 2005 Special Education Funding and Data Manual has been removed from the department Web site. It is being replaced with Special Education Funding and Reporting Guidelines. Districts will be notified when sections of the guidelines are posted to this Web page.
The guidelines will focus on correct coding and reporting on the Special Education Electronic Data Reporting System (EDRS). The guidelines will not address fiscal compliance issues.
