Minnesota First Five Project
The Minnesota First Five Mentor Program is an induction-mentoring pilot project supporting new teachers in their early years in the profession. It is designed to assist new teachers with professional development in content knowledge, instructional practices and pedagogy leading to higher levels of student achievement and teacher retention.
