Compliance Data

The Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) monitors annual school district reports regarding the assignment of teachers, administrators, and other licensed personnel for compliance with state licensure requirements. MDE reports to districts the discrepancies between the assignment of personnel and their licenses to ensure compliance. To correct discrepancies, districts or staff may request an appropriate permission, reassign individuals, provide corrected information and/or renew expired licenses.

Districts listed with discrepancies in these reports have not resolved the discrepancies, as reported by MDE, within the time allowed. This data may change at any time, as districts continue to submit requests for resolution of discrepancies after the deadline date. To discover if a discrepancy has been resolved, please contact the district directly.
