In this section, aggregate student-level data are presented in five major groupings:

Enrollment: unduplicated counts of students reported as enrolled in the fall of the school year (October 1 counts). Public school student enrollment counts are disaggregated by school, by district, by county and statewide. A separate enrollment data file is provided for counts of students enrolled in non-public schools.

Attendance: attendance rates, Average Daily Membership, Adjusted Average Daily Membership and Mobility, derived from end-of-year data

Student Data-Child Counts: Special Education Child Counts, derived from December 1 counts and located on the Special Education section of the MDE website

Graduation Rates: NCLB/AYP and National Governors Association (NGA) calculations of the rate of graduation

Languages: counts of the number of students reported as of October 1 by Primary Home Language.
