Data Downloads
Data Downloads is the main repository for all education data at MDE. These data include assessment, financial, staff, student and organizational information. Files that contain student detail data are filtered at 9 in the all group to protect student privacy. Disaggregated groups may be smaller but it is not possible to know which student is represented.
Files are available in both Excel and tab-delimited formats. Excel files generally have summary or aggregate information. Tab-delimited files are generally larger, will contain a variety of dissaggregations and intended to be downloaded for manipulation in a database management application such as MS Access or SPSS.
