STAR—Staff Automated Reporting

STAR (STaff Automated Reporting) is a web-based system used by school districts to report Employment and Assignment information to the Department of Education.  This system is also used by districts to access the Licensure/Assignment Discrepancy Report and to complete "Highly Qualified" reporting.


By clicking on Update Contact Information, district STAR Coordinators can update their name, e-mail address and phone number. Please be sure to keep this information current as the department uses it to send out updates.

By clicking on View Contact Information, individuals can view STAR Coordinator contact information for all school districts. 

Click on the Reporting Documents section link to the right to find helpful documents and all communications sent to STAR Coordinators and/or district staff.

Click on the STAR Web Edit System section link to the right to be directed to the log-in page where you can work on and submit STAR, Discrepancy and "Highly Qualified" data.
