The Minnesota Department of Education makes grants and awards available for schools to use to increase revenue and earn recognition for Service-Learning Programs.
MDE is pleased to honor service learning with the 2008 Minnesota Service Learning Awards. Download the nomination forms below and return them to MDE by Monday, March 3, 2008, at 3 p.m. An award ceremony for all recipients will be held in May at the Minnesota State Capitol where $100-$200 mini-grants will be awarded (based on funding availability). Nominate a worthy student, school, district or program today!
New! Important Grant Information Update: The Minnesota Department of Education is pleased to announce the launch of a new Grants Management System. The system will provide a stream-lined process for grant applicants to search for and download grant opportunities in a dedicated location. During the transition process, existing, open grant applications will continue to be located within the relevant program site location, though supporting materials and resources – including FAQs – will be available only from the Grants Information page.
