Governor's Interagency Coordinating Council
The Governor’s Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) works with the Minnesota Department of Education to advise and assist in the development and implementation of policies for programs serving infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children with disabilities under the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and related Minnesota state statutes.
The Council is made up of 15-20 members appointed by the Governor. Members must include parents of children with disabilities, public and private service providers and advocates.
