Each year, MDE provides an overview of key compliance and performance data from school districts’ special education programs. View each district’s data on elements of their programs including the rate of serving young children in special education, the types of settings where children receive their services, the timeliness of evaluations, and developmental outcomes for young children.

The current Data Profiles for Early Childhood Special Education programs are posted here as well as statewide averages and performance targets established by MDE in the State Performance Plan and the annual updates on this plan in the Annual Performance Report. These reports are created as an Excel spreadsheet and can be searched to find information on a specific district’s programs serving infants, toddlers and preschoolers with disabilities.
