Resources and Publications

The Minnesota Department of Education, Early Learning Services, provides current, useful information on infant and toddler intervention services as well as links to other organizations such as federally funded resource centers. Infant and toddler intervention services are designed to provide individualized services and access to resources for young children with disabilities and their families. MDE provides resources and publications including links to federal and state laws, MDE guidance/memos/training and other informational materials, national centers on early childhood intervention and evidenced-based practices addressing developmental concerns or delays. Inclusion of an item or resource center on this list does not signify an endorsement by MDE.
