FCCH Sponsors Management Plan & Budget
Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) sponsors of homes must submit a Management Plan. The plan must provide documentation from the sponsor illustrating measurable expected performance outcomes. The standards for those outcomes are defined by United Stated Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and focus on the Sponsors: Financial Viability, Organizational Capability, and (Internal Controls) Accountability.
A complete management plan is required no less than once every three years with updates annually. The items on this page are instructions, related documents and worksheets to assist sponsoring organizations in the preparation of materials needed to complete the submission of a Management Plan.
