The following pages show the most up-to-date list of Enriched Macaroni Products with Fortified Protein that meet USDA regulations. This replaces the memorandum of October 17, 2003.
Products on this list may be used to meet the meat alternate requirements as specified in appendix A of the National School Lunch Program regulations.
