Claims & Reimbursement - CACFP Centers

Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) sponsors must submit claims for reimbursement online via the Cyber Linked Interactive Child Nutrition System (CLiCS).  Click on CLiCS log-in page for user access. The CLiCS Claims & Application Quick Step Instructions explain how to enter and submit Child Nutrition Program claims and application(s). The payments are also tracked in CLiCS. Below are key forms for documenting meal counts and submitting CACFP claims for reimbursement within the required 60/90 day timeframe.
