Subject: Distributor Selection for School Year 2006 - 2007
As school year 2006 – 2007 approaches, all schools that are sponsors with the MN Food Distribution Program need to identify their commercial distributor in CLiCS for delivery of USDA Regular Packaged Commodities.
Please submit a distributor by May 19, 2006. If sponsors are unable to make a selection by May 19, 2006, please contact Emily Malone at 651-582-8271 or email to Emily.Malone@state.mn.us before the deadline.
Following are instructions for selecting a distributor in CLiCS:
1. Login into CLiCS
2. Click on “Food Distribution”
3. Click on “Profile”
4. Click on the green “Customers” tab
5. Select Year “2007”
6. Click on “Search”
7. Click on “2007”
8. Use the drop down bar to find the distributor and click on its name. The distributor field will change from “0-None Selected” to the distributor name you selected.
9. Click on “Save”
10. Wait for verification that “Changes have been accepted”
