Applications-SNP

Sponsoring organizations may apply for or renew participation in the School Nutrition Programs. These programs include the School Breakfast Program (SBP), National School Lunch Program (NSLP), and After School Snack Program (AFSS).  Schools may also apply for the Minnesota Kindergarten Milk Program (MKMP) and the Special Milk Program (SMP) if eligible.  Renewing sponsors must submit applications online via the Cyber Linked Interactive Child Nutrition System (CLiCS).  Instructions and forms are available on this page to assist sponsors with the application process.
