1. What services do you want or expect from your library? (name some such as electronic services, virtual reference, books, videos, audio tapes, and cds).

2. How do you feel about “local control” of your library (city, county, school or regional center)?

3. What are your priorities for services at your library (list them out)?

4. Reflecting on your local library, are there programs you or your family would like to see (winter reading program, study club, summer reading program)?

5. In looking at your personal library needs, do you see a need for “large print” materials, “non-print”’ on-line services (Minnesota Digital documents)?

6. Do you see a need for your local library to offer any types of classes or workshops (may include the community education services of your local school district), please name them?

7. Is there anything your local library could do to reach you and your community better (community ideas here)?
