The Laura Jane Musser Fund Intercultural Harmony Grant Program, based in St. Paul, MN, annually accepts applications for projects that build cross-cultural communication, offer members of various cultural communities an opportunity to work together on projects with common goals; and build tolerance, understanding and, where possible, friendship among people of various backgrounds.
