Metronet has 725 member libraries located in the seven metropolitan counties: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, & Washington. The current membership includes 496 school library media centers in 29 private & 467 public schools within 32 school districts; 13 public library administrative units that combined have 103 public library branch & central libraries; 46 academic libraries in 25 higher education institutions; & 80 special libraries.
