East Central Regional Library (ECRL) is a consolidated regional public library system in east central Minnesota. It has fourteen branch libraries located in six counties: Aitkin, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine. The Director is Barbara Misselt.
