Northwest Regional Library System (NWRL) is a consolidated regional public library system in upper northwest Minnesota. It has seven branch public libraries located in five counties: Kittson, Marshall, Pennington, Red Lake, and Roseau. The Director is Barbara Jauquet-Kalinoski.
