SELCO is a federated regional public library system with central services located in southeastern Minnesota. SELCO has thirty-five member public libraries located in eleven counties: Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Rice, Steele, Wabasha, and Winona.
