Electronic Library of Minnesota (ELM)


Electronic Library for Minnesota (ELM) is a Web-based virtual library containing online magazines, newspapers, journal articles, and information from encyclopedias, almanacs, directories, and other resources. ELM is a compilation of thorough and accurate information that is easily accessible. It is jointly funded with state dollars through State Library Services, a Division of the Minnesota Department of Education, and MINITEX/Higher Education Services.
