The Communication Center, State Services for the Blind
in Saint Paul, is the Minnesota agency responsible for the care and distribution of equipment provided by the National Library Services for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. Commercially produced cassette players will not play our cassettes as they have been adapted specifically for this library service-six hours of narration have been condensed onto the cassette.
