Developmental Delay

Developmental Delay (DD) means a condition in which a child up to age seven is experiencing a delay in development as measured by appropriate instruments and procedures.

For current Minnesota rule language regarding developmental delay, see * MN Rule Chapter 3525.1350 (for infants and toddlers) or * MN Rule Chapter 3525.1351 (for children three though six).
