Teachers
Minnesota Department of Education has developed a number of resources for teachers directing the work of paraprofessionals. They include a portfolio, a rubric that meets No Child Left Behind standard for evaluating the portfolio and online training grid work of various documents on paraprofessional research. These resources can assist schools and teachers at meeting the needs of paraprofessional staff development.
