Paraprofessional Resources

The Minnesota Paraprofessional Consortium provides guidance on a variety of activities designed for Minnesota’s paraprofessional workforce. Teachers Directing Paraprofessionals provides staff development specialists, faculty and staff from teacher preparation programs and others with information and resources to prepare training for teachers who are or will be directing the work of paraprofessionals.

No Child Left Behind impacts instructional paraprofessionals in Title I positions in a Targeted Title I Program and all instructional paraprofessionals in a school-wide Title I Program. For additional training options when reviewing paraprofessional portfolios, users can access the Paraprofessional Portfolio Rubric.
