NEW TOPIC! Teacher Leadership Skills that Strengthen Professional Practice: A Path to Adult Differentiation

What are the best ways to facilitate and guide professional development that supports 21st-century learning and skills? How do teacher leaders create cultures of inquiry and collaboration that impact student learning? How does a facilitator use creative tension to draw out the talents, resources and creativity of each staff member? During this session, you will acquire new conceptual maps, increased confidence, and expanded strategies for supporting and strengthening adult learning. Join us to extend your skills in promoting a spirit of collective inquiry within groups and harnessing collaborative energies toward sustained improvement.
