Stat. § 123B.57).

Qualifying districts have more than 66 students per grade and over 1,850,000 square feet of building space with an average age of 15 years or older, or have 66 students per grade and over 1,500,000 square feet of building space with an average building age of 35 years or older, or qualify under special legislation.
