Minnesota Continuous Improvement Process
This system is used for two complementary processes, special education compliance monitoring (ongoing) and submission of the district’s annual continuous improvement plan (by June 30 of each year for those districts participating in the continuous improvement portion of the process). 

The monitoring data is used to report in the State Performance Plan/Annual Performance Review to the Federal Office of Special Education Programs each year (on February 1) and the continuous improvement program evaluation data is used to award MNCIMP:SR funds to participating districts.
