The State Educational Record View and Submission (SERVS) system was designed to simplify, consolidate and automate data collection processes.
SERVS Financial helps districts, schools and other eligible entities apply for funding opportunities, submit reimbursement requests and track budgets.
Districts and schools must designate the staff members able to access this password protected system. The SERVS Financial Access Authorization form must be submitted to request access. Once your SERVS Financial Access Authorization form has been submitted and approved, you may log into SERVS Financial and set up your user ID and password. See How to Create or Modify an MDE Account
