Claims and Reimbursement
Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) sponsors must submit claims for reimbursement online via the Cyber Linked Interactive Child Nutrition System (CLiCS).  Select the CLiCS log-in page for help documents and a link to access the system. The CLiCS Claims and Application Quick Step Instructions explain how to enter and submit Child Nutrition Program claims and application(s). The payments are also tracked in CLiCS; the user manual contains a detailed step-by-step guide for submitting and tracking claims.

CACFP claims for reimbursement must be made within the required 60-day timeframe.
