Dear Ms. Silrum:
The Division of School Finance has received your request for the tuition billing system to include unreimbursed general education costs for the Fraser Academy Charter School for FY 2014. In accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 125A.11, Subdivision 1, the request for additional revenue to cover the unreimbursed costs is approved.
An interim rate of $1.90 will be used for FY 2014 which is 90% of the FY 2012 appeal rate.
As additional enrollment data becomes available then the unreimbursed costs may change and the amount per membership hour will be adjusted accordingly.
If you should have any questions, please direct them to Michelle Jones at 651-582-8577 or email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Gifted and Talented Youth Week
Governor Mark Dayton has proclaimed November 2-8, 2014, to be Gifted and Talented Youth Week in Minnesota. In addition to recognizing the unique potential of gifted and talented youth, seize the opportunity to laud the efforts of the parents, educators, counselors and psychologists with whom they work. Their sustained efforts, coupled with the organized advocacy of the Minnesota Council for Gifted and Talented (MCGT) and the Minnesota Educators of Gifted and Talented (MEGT), help make our state one in which gifted learners are honored and valued.
