Academic Preparation-Samples
Evidence of academic preparation may include transcripts of college/university course work completed with syllabi and/or course descriptions. All work must have been successfully completed at the regionally accredited college/university or technical institution. These documents are used as evidence in portfolios demonstrating attainment of each standard.
These samples are used with other forms of evidence to demonstrate competency in a standard(s) and are designed only to guide individuals in creating a portfolio to be submitted for Licensure via Portfolio.
