Evidence of high quality professional development, training, and/or activities (see definition in Licensure via Portfolio Guidelines APPENDIX K, page 32) must include certificates of attendance including published descriptions of content addressed; number of hours/number of meetings aligned to the requested licensure field; and/or presentations attended and conducted with descriptions. These documents are used as evidence in portfolios demonstrating attainment of each standard.
These samples are used with other forms of evidence to demonstrate competency in a standard(s) and designed only to guide individuals in creating a portfolio to be sumbitted for Licensure via Portfolio.
