Services for Licensed Teachers
The Minnesota Teacher Recruitment Center (MTRC) is a program within Educator Licensing at the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE).  It is designed as a tool for teacher candidates searching for teaching vacancies in Minnesota.  It is also used by Minnesota school districts to recruit high-quality candidates.

• MTRC Job Bank provides teacher candidates with the ability to search teacher vacancies within Minnesota.  Teacher candidates are able to create a searchable profile, including a formatted and printable resume.  School districts are able to search the database of profiles for high-quality candidates.
• Teacher candidates may create a "Virtual Headhunter," an automatic search feature, that produces a daily and unduplicated list of new job postings based on the candidate's submitted criteria.
