Services Provided to Minnesota School Districts
Districts benefit from access to our large pool of candidates, easy-to-use site features and:
- The MTRC Job Bank is available at NO COST to districts.
- Districts maintain complete control over their job postings. They are able to create multiple job postings, can turn postings on and off any time, set expiration dates to automatically turn off by a specified date and can copy any job posting.
- Through a Web link to MDE's Educator Licensing section, districts are able to quickly and easily verify the licensure status of teacher applicants.
Recruitment Tips
- "Sell" your district and teaching vacancies to candidates from all over the world
- Advertise open positions aggressively
- Participate in Career Fairs
- Post open positions using multiple media: Internet, newsprint, etc.
- Establish a recruitment plan
