Welcome to the Minnesota Teacher Recruitment Center (MTRC). This online recruiting system was designed for Minnesota school districts to fill open teaching positions. It works as a recruiting tool that provides districts with access to a large pool of qualified teacher candidates. In addition, MTRC was designed to assist teacher candidates locate current teaching vacancies in Minnesota.

The center includes a website available at no cost to users.  Through the site, school districts can post vacancies and search resumes.  In addition, they have the option to create a virtual recruiter that will search the database daily for candidates that match their posted vacancies and send email matches to the district user.  Teachers seeking teaching positions can create a detailed profile, post resumes and search vacancies.  They have the option to create a virtual head hunter that will search the database daily for vacancies and send vacancies matching their qualifications to them by email.
