The first meeting of the council will be held on October 11, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Minnesota Department of Education in Roseville. The council will develop its own meeting schedule and meetings sites for the remainder of 2014 through June 30, 2016. All meetings will be open to the public and will be supported by distance webinar technology.
