Online and Digital Learning Advisory Council

The Online and Digital Learning Advisory Council (ODLAC) is comprised of commissioner-appointed council members with demonstrated experience with or interest in online learning; two members of the council must represent technology business. The remaining membership represents the following interests: superintendents; special education specialists; technology directors; teachers; rural, urban, and suburban school districts; supplemental programs; full-time programs; consortia; charter schools; Board of Teaching-approved teacher preparation programs; and parents. The advisory council shall bring to the attention of the commissioner and the Legislature any matters related to online and digital learning.

2014-2016 Council Meeting Schedule
The advisory council will meet each month, January 2014 through June 2016.  Council meetings are open to the public and are convened at the Minnesota Department of Education, 1500 Highway 36 West, Roseville, Minnesota. All council meetings are supported by WebEx.
