Description:

Through hands-on learning activities, participants will walk through the meal service process, including menu planning, preparation and service. Participants will learn about the new HHFKA meal pattern requirements for lunch. Various cycle menu templates and other tools will be introduced to effectively navigate and manage program requirements.
