School Meals 101 - Essentials for Operation

Target Audience:

This workshop is offered for new charter schools, new schools just joining the National School Lunch Program or new employees of charter/private schools. It is designed to assist small school participants in the essential operation of their school breakfast and lunch programs. Topics covered include approving free/reduced-price meal applications, meal pattern requirements, meal counting and claiming and policies and procedures.
