Description: Conference aims to help participants innovate to create deeper learning experiences during the regular school day and through meaningful out-of-school time programming tied to academic goals.

Target Audience: School administrators, teachers, board members, out-of-school time programs and all other interested community partners. Conference participants will include staff and administrators of Flexible Learning Year Programs including 4-Day Weeks, 45-15 calendars and early-start models, alternative learning year programs for at-risk students, summer and after-school programs, and charter schools.
