Gifted and Talented Youth Week
Governor Mark Dayton has proclaimed November 2-8, 2014, to be Gifted and Talented Youth Week in Minnesota. In addition to recognizing the unique potential of gifted and talented youth, seize the opportunity to laud the efforts of the parents, educators, counselors and psychologists with whom they work.
